Where permitted by law, personal information can be accessed by authorised SCR Publications team members for fraud investigations and fraud protection activities and disclosed to our bank and merchant facility provider in the event of misuse of our credit card payment gateway including the entry of fraudulent transactions.
Information collected due to product returns will be stored for a reasonable period of time and will be disclosed to Government departments upon request where we have a legal obligation to do so.
We use both internal and third party storage providers for storage of your personal information. All changes to your personal information are logged with the date of the change and the name of the authorised person or electronic system making the change.
